Seagull Bakery

The Seagull Bakery is an award winning Artisan Sourdough Bakery based in the seaside village of Tramore with shops in Waterford City and Dunmore East also. The Tramore shop is based in a prominent corner unit which was acquired and completely renovated to be reborn as a working bakery.

The shop frontage was inspired by old Irish shopfronts and it reflects the artisan values and philosophy of the bakery. The logotype was inspired by lettering from old street signs in the local area and brand patterns were inspired by organic materials from the local beach.
